How much do I need to spend before I can apply for finance?

We can only consider applications for finance on orders of $5000 or over, excluding postage and packaging.

Who is eligible to apply for online finance?

Any Australian business.

Who would my finance actually be with?

Our credit is provided by The Finance Edge. The Finance Edge is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority

How quickly will my application be processed?

We will take your details by phone and a staff member from The Finance Edge will process your request. This process can vary based on paperwork required and your current business strength

Once my application is approved, what happens next?

Once your application is approved and you have returned the credit agreement, there is a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period. This is your ‘right to cancel’ period in case you change your mind. After this 14 day period has passed, we will despatch your order. Please note that you will need to sign for receipt of the goods and a courier service may be used for delivery based on quantity.

If your business application is declined/refused, what is the reason?

This could either be because of adverse credit information, or because The Finance Edge may feel you are already fully committed. If finance is declined and you wish to appeal, we can tell you who to contact.

 

Can delivery be made to an address other than my business?

No, delivery must be made to the business address and signed for by the person on the credit agreement only.

Can I change my order in part or whole after applying for online finance?

No.

Are the goods I’ve ordered set aside for me until the approval process is complete?

Yes
